Crux AVICH-03 - Smartphone Mirroring Audio / Video Integration for Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep w/ Uconnect Radio
The Crux AVICH-03 provides an audio and video input to the factory 5” or 8.4” Uconnect radio is select Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep vehicles. Once installed, the Crux AVICH-03 will enable you to mirror your smartphone to the factory Uconnect display screen. This allows you to use apps such as Google Maps, surf the internet, and watch Netflix, directly on the Uconnect display screen.
Installing the Crux AVICH-03 is very straight forward. The kit includes a plug & play harness which simply plugs into the back of your Uconnect system. The VCIP5 cable is also included with this adapter which plugs into the A/V connections on the radio harness and then provides you with an HDMI input for you to connect your smartphone with.
Most smartphone will need a MHL HDMI adapter which converts the smartphones charging port into an HDMI ready plug which is how the data will be transferred through from your phone, into the AVICH-03 and then into the factory Uconnect display screen.

Compatibility Notes:
Must have 5" OR 8.4" Uconnect Radio System
Not compatible with diesel powered trucks.
AVICH-03 is for vehicles WITH a factory installed backup camera.
AVICH-03B is for vehicles WITHOUT a factory installed backup camera.
