Progressive Stereo Return/Exchange and Warranty Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original order. In order to return your order, you will need to contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with the following information:
Your Original Order Number
Reason for Return
If the part is a vehicle specific part, please also provide your specific vehicles year, make and model as well as the trim.
A customer service representative will follow up with you and help diagnose any possible technical problems with the unit and if needed arrange an exchange.
Returns for a refund are also accepted within 30 days. All returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to any original shipping cost that was incurred by us in order to ship the original order to you.
All products sold by Progressive Stereo come with a 1 year warranty. The warranty covers the item in the event that is malfunctions and is no longer operating as it should be. Warranty does not include cables and wires that go bad from heat in the vehicle or wear and tear. In most cases we offer replacement cables for sale. Please contact us if you need help finding the correct cable for your adatper.
Progressive Stereo is able to provide a return shipping label for a flat rate fee of $10.00 per package. Return charges are solely the responsibility of the customer. It is strongly recommended to use a reliable shipping carrier when returning your items to us and make sure to get tracking information and insure the package in the event that it gets lost. Without tracking information showing that the package was delivered, we are unable to take any kind of responsibility for the return shipment.
Returns for parts that are encoded with VIN #'s
Parts that encode the vehicles identification # into the modules brain, returns for a refund are not accepted after the equipment has been programmed. Once the part is returned, it will be inspected and then tested to verify if the VIN # has been encoded onto the module. In the event that you have problems with your product, it's strongly recommended to speak directly with the manufacturer to troubleshoot and diagnose any problems so that they can be resolved. In most cases, we can work things out with the manufacturer to fix or provide a ful refund in the event that the manufacturer can't get the product to work.
